Braidwood Life Centre acknowledge that we live and work on the unceded land of the Dhurga speaking People of the Yuin Nation, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. We particularly honour their deep Culture of caring for each other, and for Country, in ways that were sustainable and ongoing for many thousands of years. We are inspired by this to support the ongoing health and wellbeing of our local and regional community.
Welcome to Braidwood Life Centre Inc. (BLC)
The BLC is a welcoming, friendly place where people are welcomed, feel they belong and reflects the needs of community with the intention to facilitate meeting these needs.
The Centre has been active in Braidwood for 12 years and offers groups, services and activities according to community needs.
We provide information, referrals, advocacy, emergency relief and food relief along with groups and activities to connect and bring people together, to lessen isolation and support connections and ease suffering.
